The Hunan delegation to the second session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) held its second plenary meeting in Beijing on the afternoon of March 4, 2024. It conveyed the spirit of the 14th NPC second session delegation conveners meeting, outlining the tasks for the Hunan delegation during the national annual "Two Sessions" period.

Shen Xiaoming, head of the Hunan delegation, presided over the meeting and made a speech.

Deputy Heads Mao Weiming, Li Dianxun, Wang Shuangquan, and Wu Lan attended. Deputies present at the meeting also included Du Jiahao, Xu Dazhe, Hu Xusheng, Yang Weigang, Jiang Difei, Zhou Haibing, Zhu Yu, Li Jiancheng, and Liu Lianyu.
