The Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone recently held a conference on high-quality development and high-level opening-up, announcing a package of preferential policies for enterprises in 2024 and the implementation of such policies in 2023. 

In 2023, the zone's preferential policies for enterprises led to a total redemption of 2.219 billion yuan, benefiting 2,650 specific examples of enterprises. This has effectively promoted the growth and upgrading of competitive enterprises.

Among the 2.219 billion yuan, 816 million yuan were used for industrial development, 1.207 billion yuan for open development, 109 million yuan for talent support, and 87 million yuan for financial assistance.

The preferential policies for 2024, released by the zone during the conference, cover the full cycle of development of enterprises from settlement approval and project construction to incubation and growth.
