Changsha No. 4 Workers' Cultural Palace Project Construction in Full Swing

On February 5, facade decoration of the Changsha No. 4 Workers' Cultural Palace project, constructed by the Changsha Public Engineering Construction Center, was basically completed. Located at the intersection of Yuehua North Road and Youmutang Road, it is one of Changsha's ten major public service facility projects. The main construction work includes an educational center, a cultural center, a sports center, a service center, and other supporting facilities for the working staff.
