List of Hunan Scenic Areas Temporarily Closed Due to Severe Cold Wave

Scenic areas in Hunan Province announced a temporary closure starting from January 20 until further notice due to a severe cold wave. The scenic areas include:


- Hunan Botanical Garden and Yuelu Academy;
- Taohuayuan Scenic Area in Changde; and an adjustment to the opening hours at the Suxianling Scenic Area in Chenzhou;
- Gaoyiling Scenic Area in Chenzhou, Baishui Cave in Shaoyang, and Aizhai Wonder Scenic Area in Jishou;
- Sixteen scenic spots in Huaihua;
- Lushan Scenic Area temporarily closed at 14:00 on January 22;
- A visitor cap set and an adjustment to the opening hours at the Orange Isle Scenic Area;
- Online reservation suspension at the Hengshan Mountain Core Scenic Area on January 22;
- Heimi Peak in Changsha and Dawei Mountain in Liuyang;
- Daxiong Mountain and Ziquejie Terraced Fields in Loudi;
- Anhua Yuntai Mountain, Qingyun Cave, Chaxiang Huahai Scenic Area in Yiyang; and,
- Zhangguying Village, Dayun Mountain, and Shiniuzhai scenic areas in Yueyang.
