Mayor Zhou Haibing and his entourage successively visited the Changsha Enterprise Listing Service Center and the Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-tech Innovation Board Enterprise Cultivation Center (Central China).

The Changsha Enterprise Listing Service Center is the first institution in the province dedicated to serving the listing and direct financing of enterprises. Since its inception, the center has quickly leveraged various resources such as exchanges, securities intermediaries, and financial institutions to support Changsha. A five-in-one cultivation and service working mechanism of "enterprise listing service center + exchange service base + expert service group + fund gathering area + echelon cultivation" has been established.


The Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-tech Innovation Board Enterprise Cultivation Center (Central China) is the country's second sci-tech innovation board enterprise cultivation center that was jointly built by multiple units. It is positioned as an incubator, a growth camp, and an accelerator for sci-tech innovation enterprises in Hunan and even the central regions of China.
