Dongguashan Community in Yunan Street Neighborhood, Tianxin District, Changsha is a typical old community primarily inhabited by the elderly. The community is home to over 1,000 individuals aged 60 and above. The majority of residents are either empty nesters, senior individuals living alone, or in their advanced years. Since July 2022, the Dongguashan Community has provided free spaces for an elderly care service center and built a senior canteen by means of individual payment, enterprise concessions, government subsidies, and donations. At present, the number of diners in the restaurant is about 300 people. The canteen also cooperates with delivery riders to offer free delivery services for the venerable age group, elderly individuals with disabilities, and those who live alone with disabilities. Therefore, a "15-minute meal delivery service circle" is established.
