The Wondershare (Changsha) Creative Science Park began construction in the Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, on December 16, 2023. It is the first digital creative science park in China, with a planned investment of nearly one billion CNY and nearly 100,000-sqm building area which will be able to accommodate nearly 10,000 working staff.

The project will be built into a super industrial platform comprising one park, five centers, and one base. The centers and base are: a global creative software R&D center; a global operation center; a creative cloud computing center; an AI digital creative R&D center; a creative software products incubation center; and, a creative software entrepreneurship and investment base.

The park will rely on Changsha's advanced cultural creative industry and computing power resources, and join hands with the upstream and downstream businesses of the industrial chain, research institutions, and college and universities. It aims to create an industrial cluster featuring creator economy and centering on digital creation, and accelerate constructing a hub of creative sci-tech research and development.

Wondershare, the initiator of the project, is a leading creative software developer in China. It established an operation center in Changsha in 2018, with nearly 1,000 employees and an annual revenue of over 100 million CNY at present.
