The Hunan Provincial People's Government Web Portal started its annual "I Have Golden Ideas" campaign on December 5, 2023, to solicit opinions and suggestions for the 2024 Hunan Provincial People's Government Report. The event has been launched in cooperation with various media, government websites, and government affairs new media across Hunan Province, and the "Xiang Yi Ban" Super Service App. It will continue through the eve of 2024 Hunan's "Two Sessions".

The "I Have Golden Ideas" campaign has opened the column on various online platforms such as the provincial government web portal and the government affairs new media. Internet users can leave messages via the column "I Have Golden Ideas" initiative. Please scan any of the following four QR codes, sign up and log in, and offer your ideas on government work. Those "Golden Ideas" with high reference value will be forwarded to the drafting team of the government work report.

People are invited to submit advice on any of the 17 designated topics, with not more than 100 characters for each message.

The topics are:

- building a national hub of advanced manufacturing industry;

- building a technological innovation hub with core competitiveness;

- building a hub of reform and opening-up in inland regions;

- advancing the construction of a modernized industrial system;

- construction of "Five-good" Industrial Parks (with good planning and positioning; good innovation platform; good industrial project; good system and mechanism; and, good development image);

- rural revitalization and development of county economy;

- development of digital economy;

- optimizing business environment and Hunan-born entrepreneurs returning to their hometown;

- strengthening electricity, computing power, and power support;

- transportation, water conservancy, and logistics infrastructure construction;

- culture and tourism integrated development;

- regional coordinated development;

- ecological civilization construction;

- safe production and preventing and resolving risks;

- education, medical care, employment, elderly care, and advancing common prosperity; and

- promoting government functions transformation and digital government construction.

Advice on "other" topics is also welcomed.

People whose "golden ideas" are included in the government work report will be recognized with letters of thanks and gifts.
