Changsha has taken significant strides towards high-quality development. In particular, the city enjoys a solid industrial foundation in construction machinery, electronic information, and other key sectors. Changsha is following the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focusing on the beautiful blueprint outlined in the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" Strategy, implementing the requirements of standing at the forefront and setting an example in eight aspects, making every effort to build itself into a global research and development center, and striving to advance high-quality development and modernization. Changsha and New Zealand enjoy broad prospects for cooperation and a promising future. It is hoped that the two sides will continue to deepen exchanges and interactions, expand cooperation areas, and jointly push forward the bilateral relations.
