The CRRC ZELC Mexico branch signed a contract with the Aeronautical University of Queretaro at the ceremony to launch school-enterprise cooperation in talent training. This initiative aims to establish a mechanism for professional practice training and talent exchange, further strengthening the cultivation of local labor talents. Prior to this, the company has already signed campus recruitment partnership agreements with Anahuac University, Mondragon University, and Aeronautical University of Queretaro.
Marco Del Prete, minister of Sustainable Development of Queretaro State, said that the CRRC ZELC Mexico branch has made important contributions to Queretaro State in talent cultivation and local employment. It helped the state become more and more competitive in Mexico, which makes them feel very proud.
Over the past year, the Queretaro plant has actively promoted the localized manufacturing of metro trains, successfully achieving a monthly production capacity of 15 carriages. It has delivered 135 carriages of 15 trains for Metro Line 1 of the Mexico City. The company has developed more than 100 local suppliers, with a cumulative procurement amount of about 250 million pesos. It has fueled local rail transit equipment industrial chain, while creating nearly 300 jobs and promoting the employment of local people.
Since 2019, CRRC ZELC has won bids for projects such as Metro Line 3 in Monterrey City, Metro Line 1 in Mexico City, Metro Line 4 in Guadalajara City, and STE Light Rail in Mexico City. These projects, once completed, will greatly improve the lives of millions of Mexican people.
