China Southern Airlines to Operate 52 Routes in Hunan During Winter-Spring Season

China's civil aviation sector will start new winter and spring season on October 29. China Southern Airlines plans to operate 52 routes in Hunan Province, covering 42 destinations with an average of 1,030 flights weekly.

During the new flight season, China Southern Airlines has optimized flight volumes on some routes in Hunan to meet market demands. For instance, the number of flights from Changsha to Chongqing, Shantou, Chengdu, and Urumqi will be four or more per day. The number of flights from Changsha to Guangzhou, Haikou, Sanya, and Nanning will be three or more per day. To meet winter tourism demand, the number of flights from Changsha to Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, and Dalian will be at least three per day.
In addition, China Southern Airlines will:
--operate routes linking Changde to various destinations such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Beijing at Changde Taohuayuan Airport;
--offer routes linking Zhangjiajie to Guangzhou and Jieyang at Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport; and,
--run three flights per week from Xiangxi to Guangzhou at Xiangxi Biancheng Airport.
Regarding international routes, China Southern Airlines will continue to operate flights from Changsha to Southeast Asia, Africa, and other destinations. This includes two flights per week to Nairobi, three flights per week to Seoul, and daily flights to Kuala Lumpur.

China Southern Airlines is continuously optimizing the Changsha-Daxing (Beijing) flight route. More 10 round-trip flights will be offered every day. Passengers on China Southern Airlines' "Changsha-Daxing Express" flights can enjoy exclusive check-in counters and security checkpoints, as well as experience upgraded in-flight services, including Hunan cuisine.
