The Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone announced on October 17 that, since the beginning of this year, it has set up teams to attract investment in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other places, and successfully introduced 72 high-quality projects with a total investment of 31.738 billion yuan. Such teams have also been established in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with dedicated individuals responsible for atttracting investment in a targeted and efficient manner.
The Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone held industrial supply-demand matchmaking and investment promotion meetings in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other places. More than 300 enterprises and investment institutions participated. The zone contacted more than 100 enterprises with cooperation intention. The Hunan Dejia Intelligent Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. established a presence in the zone and purchased nearly 1,000 square meters of plant buildings for the R&D and manufacturing of medical equipment related to post-natal rehabilitation. "The Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone has favorable comprehensive conditions and strengths in terms of industrial policies, product registration, and technical services," said Peng Weiguo, general manager of the company.
In September this year, the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone sent an investment attraction delegation to Germany, Italy, and Denmark, actively seeking for new investments from Bosch Group, Cloos, and other companies. The zone organized a Changsha-Sydney economic and trade exchange activity in Sydney on October 11. It also sent personnel to visit Continental Group, Mapletree Group, Enterprise Singapore, and other enterprises and institutions in Singapore. In November, the zone will organize two economic and trade exchange activities in Cambodia and the Philippines, with the aim of encouraging enterprises to expand their operations overseas and promoting economic and trade cooperation between different countries.
