He stressed the need to study and implement President Xi Jinping's economic thought in a complete and accurate way. The fundamental requirement of "firmly safeguarding the lifeline of data quality" should be emphasized throughout the economic census work. Efforts should be made to shoulder the responsibility of economic census, grasp key links, and conduct strict examination and inspection, so as to provide objective and accurate data support for the province's high-quality development.

Provincial leaders Zhang Yingchun and Zhou Haibing participated. Qu Hai, secretary general of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, also participated.
