On October 7, 22 key projects were signed in Shaoyang City, and 72 major projects commenced construction. Among them, the New Energy Equipment and New Materials Manufacturing Industrial Park project in Shaoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan, is being invested and constructed by Hainan Jinpan Smart Technology Co., Ltd. The project is a benchmark project for implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan Provincial People's Government to promote Hunan-Hainan Cooperation and is a significant achievement of the city's investment promotion efforts.

After completion, the Shaoyang New Energy Equipment and New Materials Manufacturing Industrial Park will mainly produce new energy electrical equipment such as dry-type transformers, box-type substations, and complete energy storage equipment, as well as green, low-carbon, and energy-saving materials. The project will become a "leader" throughout the new energy industrial chain in Shaoyang City, promoting collaborative innovation and clustered development of the local new energy industry chain. Li Zhiyuan, chairman of Hainan Jinpan Smart Technology Co., Ltd., stated that, "Investing in Shaoyang is a significant strategic plan of our company. We will work with Shaoyang to build a demonstration and benchmark project for Hunan-Hainan Cooperation."

The 72 newly started projects involve various fields including industrial development, infrastructure, livelihood improvement, and ecological protection. Among these, there are 40 projects each with an investment of over 100 million yuan and 6 projects each with an investment of more than 500 million yuan. These projects cover a wide range of fields and play a driving role in clustered development.
