Rural Teachers Assist in Balanced Education in Rural Schools

China launched the special-post teacher recruitment program in 2006, with the goal of adding college graduates to the insufficient teaching resources of compulsory education in rural areas.


In recent years, Chenbu authority has attached great importance to promoting balanced education. It recruited special-post teachers and allocated them to the middle and primary schools in townships, which effectively alleviate the problems caused by insufficiency, aging, and unbalanced structure of rural teacher sources.
