On August 23, the launch ceremony of the high-speed train named "Liling, a millennium-old porcelain city" was held in Changsha. The 2023 Hunan (Liling) International Ceramic Industry Expo will be held between September 28 and October 2. The CPC Liling City Committee and the People's Government of Liling City hoped to leverage the high dissemination potential of China's high-speed rail to deeply explore the cultural essence of Liling ceramics and fireworks, increase the profile of Liling's regional public brands, and accelerate the nationwide recognition for Liling ceramics and fireworks.

There are eight routes in operation with 40 train services. A comprehensive media coverage both inside and outside the train is achieved through various media forms like exterior decals, table stickers, voice announcements, LED scrolling screens, and brand signage, offering a 360-degree panoramic display and immersive experience. This aims to attract a wider audience to experience the charm of Liling, a millennium-old porcelain city.

The 2023 Hunan (Liling) International Ceramic Industry Expo will be held at the China Ceramic Valley International Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's expo will feature 1,350 booths and see participation from more than 300 Chinese and foreign companies involving such sectors as ceramics, fireworks, clothing, equipment, and electrical ceramics. It is hoped that people from all over the world can take the high-speed train to Liling and experience the charm of the millennium-old porcelain city.
