As the peak period for college students to return to campus for the new semester is around the corner, the Changsha Huanghua International Airport has launched a flight product promotion event themed "Hello, New Semester". From August 21 to September 4, the airport offers free shuttle bus service to those back-to-school students, according to the Hunan Airport Management Group.

Free airport shuttle buses depart from Changsha Airport at 11 a.m. every day and pass 11 universities on two bus routes -- east route and west route.

The west route passes Changsha Huanghua International Airport T2, Changsha Huanghua International Airport T1, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Central South University, Hunan University/Hunan Normal University (Tianma Student Dormitory), Hunan University (Caiyuan Campus), and Hunan First Normal University/Hunan International Economics University, with a travel time of about 2.5 hours.

The east route passes Changsha Huanghua International Airport T2, Changsha Huanghua International Airport T1, Hunan Urban Professional College, Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College, Hunan Sany Polytechnic College, and Changsha University, with a journey time of about 1.5 hours.

In addition, the Changsha Huanghua International Airport has set up special check-in counters for teachers and students in T1 (counter No. 6) and T2 (counter No. C54). Special reception points  for college students are set up at the arrival halls of T1 and T2, with college volunteers providing guidance services.

To enjoy "door-to-door and zero-transfer" free bus service, college students can make an appointment via Hunan Airport Management Group's official WeChat account "湖南机场航享e+" and its mini-program "掌上空港", as well as the official WeChat accounts of colleges and universities.
