Japan's Shiga Prefecture Governor Taizo Mikazuki Visits Zhijiang County

On the morning of August 2, Taizo Mikazuki, governor of Japan's Shiga Prefecture who has been taking a visiting tour in Hunan Province, attended peace-exchanging activities with more than 50 entourages in Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County, Huaihua City.
