The Yuelu Mountain has newly added an appointment period for visitors to watch the sunrise. Certain sections of Orange Isle will be closed on July 25 and 26. The Yuelu Mountain Scenic and Historic Area Administration made the notice on July 24, 2023.

The opening hours of the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area have been adjusted to accommodate different reservation periods. A new reservation period from 3:00 to 6:00 has been added, primarily for the convenience of tourists who wish to see the sunrise. The other three reservation periods are 6:00-12:00, 12:00-17:00, and 17:00-22:00.

The Orange Isle Scenic Area has issued a notice regarding a program recording by a CCTV Channel at the Statue Square on July 25 and 26, 2023. During these two days, the central area of the square will be closed for management purposes. Tourists are advised to adjust their travel time accordingly if they plan to take pictures in the statue square.
