Among these projects, there are two projects each with an estimated investment of over 5 billion yuan, 14 projects each with an investment of more than 1 billion yuan, and 21 projects each with an investment of over 500 million yuan. In terms of project types, there are 28 infrastructure projects, 91 industrial development projects, and 31 social livelihood and eco-environmental protection projects.
Since the beginning of this year, Changsha has been vigorously implementing a project construction promotion campaign; continued to carry out ten major projects in five key fields -- industrial development, sci-tech innovation, infrastructure, public services, and people's livelihood; and, actively promoted a liaison mechanism between municipal leaders and major projects, as well as project competition, support and scheduling activities, so as to elevate project development to a new height with tangible results. In 2023, the city's 545 key construction projects have attracted a total investment of 1.1484 trillion yuan, with an annual investment of 219.5 billion yuan.
