The first "All BA" 3on3 Basketball League of Liuyang City kicked off at 8:00 p.m. on July 19, 2023. More than 700 players from 143 basketball teams of various industries joined the games.

The Liuyang 3on3 Basketball League has been held for nine consecutive years with strong public support. The tournament is divided into categories such as players taller than 175 centimeters, players below 175 centimeters, players over 40 years old, women's group, and student group. Participants include student, retired teacher, company staff, doctor, excavator driver, courier, barbecue stall owner, and so on. A series of basketball carnival activities will be held during the competition, such as basketball fireworks show, folk master basketball challenge, beer and barbecue festival, guochao cultural festival, camping music festival, Liuyang style livestream, and steamed food festival, bringing a feast to the public.

It was said that Liuyang boasts sound mass foundation for basketball. The city is rich in all kinds of basketball games and forms more than 10 brand events. Last year, Liuyang held over 1,000 basketball games, which attracted more than 3,500 players. Over 600,000 people participated in basketball events. This year, Liuyang has integrated various basketball events to create an inclusive "All BA" characterized by "all areas, all people, all the time, and all categories".
