A release event on the settlement of three special areas in the Cultural Big Data Trading Center of Hunan Big Data Exchange was held in the Tianxin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha on July 11 afternoon. Liu Hui, Standing Committee member and United Front Work Department director of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, attended.
Located in the Tianxin Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Hunan Big Data Exchange is the fifth of its kind in China, after Guizhou, Shaanxi, Beijing, and Shanghai. It is the first new-type big data exchange in central China and one of the landmark projects of new digital infrastructure in Hunan Province. The exchange has specially set up a cultural big data trading center. Officially launched more than a month ago, the center has a transaction volume exceeding 10 million yuan.
During the event, the Cultural Big Data Trading Center of Hunan Big Data Exchange signed agreements with five enterprises and three special areas, namely, the Cross-border E-commerce Cultural Export Special Area of the Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce, Arts and Crafts Special Area of Beijing Gongmei Group, and Film and Television Audio Video Copyright Special Area.
The special areas will focus on the core process of the cultural industry which involves content creation and production, transmission and application, and investment and operation. With copyright digitization and capitalization of cultural resources and cultural products as the core, they will build a comprehensive platform for the identification, display, transaction and circulation of digital and real cultural assets that serves the country and links the world.
