French "Spiderman" Climbs World's Tallest Outdoor Elevator in Zhangjiajie

Rock climber Jean-Michel Casanova from France scaled the 172-meter tall metal frame of the Bailong Elevator, the tallest outdoor elevator in the world, in 65 minutes, at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, on June 28, 2023. Ten years ago, Casanova climbed the structure in 68 minutes without any safety equipment.
