As the Duanwu Festival approaches, the Changsha Metro Group has made early arrangements from the aspects of extending operating hours, ensuring passenger safety and improving travel efficiency, in a bid to offer a safe and comfortable ride for travelers during the three-day holiday.

Considering surging passenger trips on the day before the holiday, the evening rush hours of all metro lines in Changsha will be extended from 17:30-19:30 to 13:30-22:00 on June 21 (Wednesday). Meanwhile, all metro lines will extend their operating hours untill midnight.

During the holiday, the Changsha Metro Group will also add trains and reduce intervals to ensure safe and convenient trips for passengers. It is important to note that on June 23 (Friday) and June 24 (Saturday), the metro lines will end their operation at the usual time of 23:00.
