Preparations are underway for the passenger test runs of the first phase of the West Ring Line of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZT) Intercity Railway, according to the Changsha Metro Group. So far, interior signage has been already posted.
As an extension of Changsha Metro Line 3, the first phase of the West Ring Line of CZT Intercity Railway features a green theme color, which is consistent with Line 3. However, the interior decorations of stations are pink.
Bulletin boards at the station entrances were designed with harmonious colors and intricate details. They are mainly red, blue and pink in color and decorated with the silhouette of Changsha's landmark buildings.
Inside the stations, there are notice boards giving passengers guidance about surroundings and offering comprehensive information. With orange as the main color, these notice boards have a special artistic beauty while being functional and show the vitality of Changsha, an internet-famous city.
Carriage temperature reminders inside the stations have switched from blue to pink, which is more in line with the theme color.
The first phase of the West Ring Line of CZT Intercity Railway is 17.29km long, with 8 stations, namely, Xiangtan North Railway Station, Chuanxingshan Station, Huangjiawan Station, Shuanghu Station, Pingtang Station, Hongqiao Station, Tongxi Station and Dawangshan Station.
