The Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Province recently initiated a call for suggestions on pragmatic matters concerning the people's livelihood. The suggestion collection period will run from May 25 to October 31, 2023. Relevant departments will carefully view and study each suggestion when selecting major practical concerns of people's livelihood in 2024.

The general public and the individuals from all sectors of society in Hunan are encouraged to submit proposals based on the principles of ensuring people's access to childcare, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, and social assistance. The ideas could be around such aspects as public education, culture and sports, employment and entrepreneurship, health care, housing security, social security, social governance, public safety, public transportation, environmental protection, food safety, and convenient services.

Suggestions can be submitted through various channels including the portal of Hunan Provincial People's Government, the portal of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Province, paper mail, e-mail, and other ways.
