A group of 20 trainees from the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport visited Hunan International Business Vocational College in Changsha on May 17, 2023. They came to learn about the college's information technology-based education, with the aim of using it as a reference for Cambodia's educational digitalization. This visit was also intended to lay the foundation for deepening educational exchanges and cooperation between China and Cambodia.

This year is the "China-Cambodia Friendship Year", and also marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia and the 10th anniversary of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
