According to the comprehensive evaluation index, Changsha, along with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chongqing, was at the national forefront in terms of competitiveness of urban intelligent connected vehicles. In particular, Changsha stood out in the evaluation dimensions of policy competitiveness, industrial competitiveness, and integrated development support.

A "diamond model" based evaluation index system was designed to evaluate the urban intelligent connected vehicle development, from six dimensions -- policy competitiveness, industrial competitiveness, innovation competitiveness, demonstration competitiveness, consumption promotion support and integrated development support. This year, the number of cities being evaluated increased to 56.
