An annual report of the high-quality development of China's municipal districts was recently released by a domestically influential think tank. It unveiled the list of top 100 municipal districts in terms of high-quality development. Yuhua, Kaifu, Furong, Tianxin, Yuelu, and Wangcheng districts of Changsha City, and Yuhu District of Xiangtan City, made the list, ranking 5th, 23rd, 25th, 30th, 41st, 50th, and 99th respectively.
Meanwhile, the think tank also released an annual report on the high-quality development of China's counties and county-level cities. Hunan's four regions – Changsha County, Liuyang County-level City, Ningxiang County-level City, and Liling County-level City – were shortlisted for top 100 counties and county-level cities in terms of high-quality development.
The lists were mainly based on seven indicators: comprehensive performance; innovative development; coordinated development; green development; open development; shared development; and, safe development.
