Zixing Opens Special Window for Government Affairs Service

On May 9, two tax department staffers received visitors who had come to lodge complaints at a service counter in the Zixing Government Service Center. Since early 2022, Zixing has opened a special service platform in the government service hall to address people's concerns. The department is tasked with providing assistance to individuals who encounter difficulties or problems in the midst of handling their affairs so as to enhance overall satisfaction.
