The Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently released model enterprises of integration of informatization and industrialization management systems of Hunan Province for 2022. Forty enterprises including Sunward were selected. So far, Hunan has 80 such model enterprises. The development index and level of the province's integration of informatization and industrialization continue to improve.

The implementation of the standards of integration of informatization and industrialization means that enterprises reform the management system of integration of informatization and industrialization in accordance with standards and requirements to improve their informatization management level and accelerate transformation and upgrading.

The 40 selected enterprises involve new capacity building in four areas: digital twin in manufacturing, digital supply chain, intelligent product design and service, and data management based on digital transformation. There are four enterprises selected in construction machinery, and environmental treatment technology and application industrial chain, respectively.

Hunan Aerospace Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Special Materials has established a unified business and data management center, connected up islolated information islands of each node of R&D and production, and increased the on-time delivery rate of sales orders from 95.52% to 97.87%. Hunan Geely Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. realizes digital control of the whole manufacturing process such as main production orders, material supply and distribution, flexible production of multiple vehicle types, quality inspection, and finished product delivery, which improves work efficiency and reduces inventory and management costs.

"More companies are encouraged to learn from the models," a relevant person in charge of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology said, adding that the model enterprises have played an exemplary role in integration of informatization and industrialization and provided replicable and scalable experience in promoting enterprise strategic transformation, management reform, process optimization, and technological upgrading.
