The issuance ceremony of the CCAR-141 certification for Hunan SKY-BLUE Aviation School was held at the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Changsha Area on January 31. It marked that the aviation school officially obtained the CCAR-141 civil aviation aircraft pilot school certificate issued by the CAAC Central and Southern Regional Administration, making itself the first of its kind in Hunan. The main operating base is located at Changde Taohuayuan Airport.
The operation of the Hunan SKY-BLUE Aviation School has injected vigor into pilot training and the development of general aviation industry and low-altitude economy.
After three years of operation, the aviation school will have annual flight time of 50,000 hours and 50 aircrafts. In the future, a general aviation industrial chain featuring aviation vocational education, aviation study tours, flight clubs, and aircraft sales, maintenance, and hosting services will be developed, with the help of low-altitude airspace reform.

Schools that have obtained Part 141 certification can provide flight training in accordance with the China Civil Aviation Regulation (CCAR-141), including private license, commercial license, instrument level courses and overall training courses for CCAR-121 large transport airline co-pilot training.
