Cherry blossoms at the Xiangtan Cherry Blossom Garden.

The 2023 Xiangtan Second Cherry Blossom Tourism and Culture Festival will be held between January 27 and February 28 at the Cherry Blossom Garden of Qixing Village, Zhaoshan Town, Yuetang District, Xiangtan City. It was learned from the Xiangtan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television, and Sports.

There are about 4,000 cherry blossom trees and 2,000 maple trees planted in the 260 mu (17.3 ha.) garden. The main varieties include southern ornamental ones such as pink cherry, bellflower cherry, hill cherry, and perfume cherry. The garden, after six years of  elaborate construction, has become a boutique tourist destination of ecological leisure  with the theme of cherry blossoms. It successfully hosted the first Cherry Blossom Tourism and Culture Festival in 2022.

During the Second Cherry Blossom Tourism and Culture Festival period, the Xiangtan Cherry Blossom Garden will be open from 8:30 to 18:00 every day. Visitors may find the destination by searching "Xiangtan Cherry Blossom Garden" via the navigation software.
