The First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, after completing all the agenda, concluded in Changsha on the morning of January 17, 2023.

The following documents were approved at the meeting amid a round of warm applause:
1. Decisions made by the First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee on the work report delivered by the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee;
2. Decisions made by the First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee on the work report of the handling of proposals of the 12th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee in the past five years;
3. Report about how proposals put forward at the First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee have been reviewed by the Proposal Review Committee of the First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee; and,
4. Political decisions made by the First Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee.
