At 9 a.m. on December 27, the second session of the 13th Changsha Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opened at the Changsha People's Hall.

Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, was present and expressed her congratulations.

Chen Gang, chairman of the CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee, delivered a work report to the meeting on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee.
