The Changsha Key Construction Project Affairs Center announced on December 22 that, a total of 464.175 billion yuan had been invested in the city's major projects from January to November, taking up 112.5% of the annual plan and 20.83 percentage points ahead of schedule. The annual plan has been fulfilled in advance.

In 2022, Changsha has rolled out 1,766 major projects, with an estimated total investment of 1,920.2 billion yuan and an estimated annual investment of 412.6 billion yuan. Among these projects, there are 696 government-invested projects with an estimated annual investment reaching 125.1 billion yuan, and 1,070 social investment projects with an annual investment of 287.5 billion yuan. In the first 11 months, government-invested projects had completed an investment of 125.335 billion yuan, accounting for 100.19% of the annual plan, and social investment projects accomplished an investment of 338.84 billion yuan, constituting 117.86% of the annual plan.

As of the end of November, 68 municipal leader-liaised projects, 389 industrial chain projects, 246 major projects related to the Strategy of "Strengthening the Provincial Capital", and 99 provincial key projects in Changsha had fulfilled 125.8%, 118.08%, 117.6% and 116.9% of the annual investment plan respectively.
