In response to this phenomenon, the Health 320 Platform and the nucleic acid testing laboratories have launched the "door-to-door nucleic acid test" service. The results can be checked at the Hunan Health Code. Currently, the service is only available in the urban area of Changsha.

The door-to-door service helps save time and avoid long queues. In addition, it can reduce the risk of exposure and avoid crowd gathering to prevent cross-infection. Medical staff can provide the service 24 hours a day, and citizens in need can make reservations according to their own time.

The on-site service is priced at 298 yuan for family package (no more than 5 people) and 1,980 yuan for institution COVID-19 testing (no more than 50 people). The service time for family package and institutions is within half an hour and two hours respectively. The nucleic acid tests will be charged separately.
