The "Xiang Yi Ban" super service app provides a unified access to the services for enterprises, individuals, and public servants. It is a general platform for optimizing the business environment, a major engine for digital government construction, and an upgraded version of Hunan's "One-step Approval Process".

The app was jointly developed by several institutions such as CEC and the CCB. It has four columns – home, service, information, and user, and covers administrative services of 50 provincial departments, governments of 13 cities and one prefecture, and authorities of the Xiangjiang New Area. More than 5,000 administrative and living services and 53 e-license items are included. Seven application scenarios are available, such as "One-code Service" and "Cross-provincial APP Alliance", to facilitate individual users to handle matters and living services at all stages of life, including clothing, eating, housing, traveling, medical care, and working; benefit enterprises at all stages of operation, including start-up, doing business, and policy inquiry; and, provide unified instant-messaging service for public servants at various departments and different levels. A "one-phone, one-click, one-website, and one-stop" service platform has been preliminarily established.
