Zhangjiajie Railway Station and Zhangjiajie West Railway Station no longer require proof of negative nucleic acid testing results or check digital health codes of visitors starting December 8. Passengers are no longer required to take a test upon arrival.

Meanwhile, in accordance with the requirements of a circular, known as the "10 new measures", released by the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, all the tourism-related industries in Zhangjiajie would remove all relevant public signs and plates within that day. They are asked to stop checking nucleic acid test results, health QR codes, and digital travel history of the travellers, to facilitate convenient travel in Zhangjiajie.
