Changsha County is reputed as the "No.1 county in central and western regions of China". Its GDP hit 200 billion CNY in 2021. The county defined its role in the national development strategies, made overall plans, and harnessed its superiorities.

Liuyang City, a "city of fireworks", is a destination of opportunity for emerging industries. The Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with electronic information and biological medicine as its leading industries, has hit 100 billion CNY in output value.

Ningxiang City pursues building an "industrial powerhouse" supported by its advanced manufacturing industrial clusters of construction machinery, energy storage materials, and intelligent household electrical appliance.
