On December 4 and 5, China Media Group's programs such as Nighty News, Morning News, News 30', Live News, and Focus On reported Changsha's continued measures to optimize COVID-19 response and ensure normal work and life.

Recently local governments have continued to optimize anti-epidemic measures and improve capacities in targeted and scientific prevention and control, so as to reduce the impact on socioeconomic development and normal production and lives.

According to the Protocol on Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Edition 9) and 20 prevention and control measures, Hunan Province has implemented anti-epidemic measures in enterprises and industrial parks, guaranteed shift arrangement of key positions, strengthened epidemic prevention for staff in key processes, and ensured normal production and lives of enterprises and employees.

The Winner Agricultural Products Trading Center, which is located at the Changsha Yuhua Economic Development Zone, is the cold-chain food supplier of the entire Hunan Province and some parts in Jiangxi Province. The center handles more than 400 freight vehicles every day and has more than 5,000 employees including drivers. Imports, goods from other provinces, and products from Hunan have been placed in three separate areas to avoid cross storage and distribution amid the epidemic.
