During the 24 hours of November 27, Hunan reported 23 new confirmed local COVID-19 cases, including 6 in Changsha, 4 in Yueyang, 4 in Zhangjiajie, 4 in Chenzhou, 2 in Xiangtan, 1 in Huaihua, 1 in Loudi, and 1 in Xiangxi. There were 3 asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones in Zhangjiajie.
During the 24 hours of November 27, there were 373 new local asymptomatic cases reported in Hunan, including 206 in Huaihua, 76 in Changsha, 23 in Changde, 21 in Yongzhou, 10 in Loudi, 8 in Chenzhou, 7 in Hengyang, 7 in Zhangjiajie, 6 in Zhuzhou, 4 in Yiyang, 3 in Shaoyang, and 2 in Xiangtan. There were 3 new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were 208 new cases out of quarantine (including 1 imported case). There were 2,483 people under medical observation (including 7 imported cases).
Between 0:00 on January 1, 2022 and 24:00 on November 27, 2022, a total of 818 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 78 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 194 patients hospitalized (including 11 imported cases), and no severe cases. Six hundred and twenty-four patients were discharged from hospitals (including 67 imported cases). No people had died.
