Secretary Zhang, on behalf of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Hunan Province, welcomed the guests and thanked CMCC for its long-term strong support to Hunan. He noted that the whole province is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirits of the 20th CPC National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan Province; fully carrying forward positioning, missions, and tasks of the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" Strategy; promoting deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy; and, creating new advantages of the digital economy. He expected CMCC to give full play to its advantages as a central enterprise; deepen cooperation with Hunan in such fields as smart tourism, smart logistics, and industrial digital transformation; and, continuously improve the level of intrinsic safety, so as to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results. The provincial Party committee and government will, as always, support CMCC's investment and development in Hunan and make every effort to provide quality services, he added.

Chairman Yang thanked Hunan for its concern and support for CMCC. He said that the group will increase the investment layout in Hunan, and strengthen exchanges and collaboration with Hunan in digital life, digital governance, deep integration of digital technology and manufacturing, to make new contributions to Hunan's accelerated development of the digital economy and high-quality development.
