Recently the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published a list of 2022 National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises. Five Hunan enterprises were included in the list, making Hunan Province ranking first nationwide in the number of such enterprises. So far, Hunan has 40 national technological innovation demonstration enterprises, with its ranking moving up to seventh from eighth nationwide.

The five enterprises are Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane Co., Ltd., Changgao Electric Group Co., Ltd., CINF Engineering Corporation Limited, Hunan Tiger Forest & Paper Group Co., Ltd., and Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
