A press conference of the 2022 Interview Event for Mainstream Media in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was held in Changsha on November 14. Peng Huasong, Standing Committee member of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and executive vice mayor of Changsha, and Chen Peng, Standing Committee member and Publicity Department director of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, attended.

Peng Huasong said in his speech that, the report to the 20th CPC National Congress proposed to foster a world-class business environment that is market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized. Changsha is strictly following the standards to accelerate the building of a pilot city for business environment innovation, and making all-out efforts to promote fewer links, faster processes, lower costs, more favorable policies, better services and a stronger sense of fulfillment, so as to achieve greater development space with first-class business environment. 

He sincerely hoped that media friends could get closer to Changsha and use their pens and lenses to promote Changsha's excellent business environment and and show the city's good image for development. He also expected enterprises from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and even all over the country to invest in Changsha, share development opportunities, and create a better future together.

Chen Peng said that Changsha is a city with profound cultural deposits, a vibrant city with unique charm, and a happy city suitable for living and working. It is also an internet-famous city that people yearn for and an industrial city where advanced equipment of the nation is manufactured. In recent years, Changsha has placed business environment optimization in an important position and taken the implementation of the Strategy of "Strengthening the Provincial Capital" as an opportunity to build the 3.0 version of its business environment. As a result, its business environment has been continuously improved and upgraded. He hoped that media friends could publicize the new and practical initiatives taken by Changsha in improving the business environment to entrepreneurs in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He looked forward to working with the entrepreneurs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a new modern Changsha and write a new chapter of win-win development.
