Private Art Collections Exhibition Opens in Changsha

An exhibition of private art collections opened to the public at the Meilu Exhibition Area of the Changsha Jiandu (Bamboo Slips) Museum on November 14. Nearly 300 exhibits in over ten categories, such as porcelain, Hunan embroidery, painting and calligraphy, carving, and jade wares, are on display. These representative art collections, mainly originated in Hunan Province in ancient and modern times, are provided by the individual members of the Changsha Cultural Heritage and Museums Association, which showcase the private collection level in Changsha.
