Daily Update on COVID-19 Cases in Hunan on November 11, 2022

During the 24 hours of November 11, Hunan reported 7 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 2 imported cases re-categorized from asymptomatic ones and 5 local cases. The local cases included: 3 in Zhuzhou and 1 in Yongzhou, all of whom were found among the people under quarantine; and, 1 in Changsha. The case in Yongzhou was re-categorized from asymptomatic one.


During the 24 hours of November 11, there were 54 new local asymptomatic cases reported in Hunan. They were: 28 in Zhuzhou, 8 in Yongzhou, 7 in Huaihua, 3 in Changsha, 1 in Chenzhou, and 1 in Loudi, all of whom were found among the people under quarantine; 4 in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, among whom 1 was found among the people under quarantine; 1 in Hengyang; and, 1 in Yueyang. There were 3 new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones, including 2 imported cases. There were 29 new cases out of quarantine. There were 2,641 people under medical observation (including 6 imported cases).


Between 0:00 on January 1, 2022 and 24:00 on November 11, 2022, a total of 609 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 67 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 198 patients hospitalized (including 4 imported cases), and 1 severe case. Four hundred and eleven patients were discharged from hospitals (including 63 imported cases). No people had died.
