During the 24 hours of November 4, Hunan reported 36 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 2 imported cases and 1 asymptomatic case re-categorized as confirmed one. There were 34 local cases (31 in Shaoyang, 1 in Zhuzhou, and 1 in Huaihua, all of whom were found among the people under quarantine; and 1 in Xiangtan).
During the 24 hours of November 4, there were 338 new local asymptomatic cases reported in Hunan. They were: 260 in Shaoyang, among whom 254 were found among the people under quarantine; 59 in Zhuzhou, among whom 8 were found among the people under quarantine; 10 in Yongzhou, among whom 9 were found among the people under quarantine; 4 in Huaihua and 3 in Xiangxi, all of whom were found among the people under quarantine; 1 in Changsha; and, 1 in Xiangtan. There was 1 new asymptomatic case re-categorized as confirmed one (imported case). There were 21 new cases out of quarantine. There were 1,731 people under medical observation (including 4 imported cases).
Between 0:00 on January 1, 2022 and 24:00 on November 4, 2022, a total of 536 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 65 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 209 patients hospitalized (including 2 imported cases), and 3 severe cases. Three hundred and twenty-seven patients were discharged from hospitals (including 63 imported cases). No people had died.
