Daily Update on COVID-19 Cases in Hunan on November 2, 2022

During the 24 hours of November 2, Hunan reported 5 new local confirmed COVID-19 cases (2 in Zhuzhou, 2 in Shaoyang, and 1 in Huaihua).

During the 24 hours of November 2, there were 125 new local asymptomatic cases reported in Hunan (103 in Shaoyang, 13 in Zhuzhou, 6 in Huaihua, and 3 in Yongzhou). There were no new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were 9 new cases out of quarantine. There were 1,028 people under medical observation (including 2 imported cases).

Between 0:00 on January 1, 2022 and 24:00 on November 2, 2022, a total of 490 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 63 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 180 patients hospitalized, and 3 severe cases. Three hundred and ten patients were discharged from hospitals (including 63 imported cases). No people had died.
