The Xiangjiang New Area, a new area of national significance in the central region of China, is committed to constructing the intelligent connected vehicle industrial chain. Hunan has leveraged its advantageous geographical location on the transitional "belt" connecting the eastern coastal area with the central and the western regions and in the junction "zone" between the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Coastal Economic Belt, while grasping the crucial opportunities for industrial gradient transfer and national support to the development of the western and central regions of China to accelerate forming a new paradigm of development featuring reasonable structure, optimized mode, regional coordination, and urban-rural integration.
